2000 - Bronze Medal at the Inaugural Kirstenbosch Exhibition of Botanical Art
2004 - The Marloth Award for the illustrations in 'The Figs of Southern & South-Central Africa' from the Botanical Society of South Africa
2005 - Honorary Membership of the Dendrological Society of South Africa for services to the South African society by promoting identification and appreciation of the trees through botanical art
2006 - Silver Medal at the Kirstenbosch Biennale for Botanical Art
2009 - Winner of the 2009 Australian Margaret Flockton Award for Excellence in Scientific Botanical Illustration
